Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", "you") and den999 ("den999", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing access to and use of the den999 online gaming platform, including all sports betting, casino, live dealer, instant games and promotional features made available at den999.cam.

By registering an account, depositing funds, accepting a bonus offer or otherwise accessing den999, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which are incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of den999 and close your account. Continued use of the platform following any posted amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Definitions

The following defined terms are used throughout these Terms:

Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on den999, you must satisfy each of the following eligibility requirements at all times. Failure to meet any one condition entitles den999 to suspend or permanently close your Account and void associated balances.

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required under the law of your jurisdiction or by the operator's license conditions. den999 is strictly an adults-only platform. Providing false age information is a material breach of these Terms.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you. Persons under any legal disability or guardianship order are not eligible to register.
• Jurisdiction: You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any Restricted Territory. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of den999 complies with the laws of your jurisdiction.
• Single Account: Each Player may hold only one Account. Operating multiple accounts, including accounts held in another person's name for your benefit, is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate closure of all associated accounts.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to an active self-exclusion agreement or cooling-off period on den999 or any other platform with which den999 shares exclusion data.
• Personal Account: You must register in your own true name and for your own personal use only. Corporate entities, syndicates or agency-registration arrangements are not permitted.
• Not a den999 Employee or Associate: Current employees, contractors, agents and close relatives of den999 team members are not eligible to hold a Player Account.

Account Registration & KYC Verification

To create an Account, you must complete the registration process accurately and in full. All information provided — including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and contact details — must be truthful and kept up to date. den999 reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify any information at any time.

Prior to processing any withdrawal, and at den999's discretion at any point during your use of the Platform, you will be required to complete KYC verification. This process may include:

• Government-issued photo identification (CNIC, passport or equivalent).
• Proof of residential address (recent utility bill, bank statement or equivalent).
• Proof of payment method ownership (copy of card, wallet screenshot or bank confirmation).
• Source of funds documentation where required by our compliance obligations.

Accounts for which KYC documentation has not been satisfactorily provided may be restricted from withdrawals, bonuses or full platform access. Providing false, doctored or misleading KYC documents constitutes fraud and will result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. Any activity conducted through your Account, whether by you or by a third party as a result of your failure to secure your credentials, is your sole responsibility. Notify den999 immediately via the Help Center if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.

Deposits & Payment Methods

den999 accepts deposits via a range of payment methods that may include familiar Pakistani payment rails such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast and bank transfers through institutions such as HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah. Cryptocurrency deposits via BTC or USDT may also be available where supported. The availability of any specific payment method is subject to change and must be confirmed in the live cashier at the time of deposit.

• Minimum deposit amounts are displayed in the cashier and are subject to change.
• All deposits must originate from a payment method that belongs to you. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• den999 does not accept deposits from credit facilities or borrowed funds where identifiable.
• Processing times for deposits vary by payment method and may be subject to provider-side delays.
• den999 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may impose their own charges — check directly with your provider.
• Deposits in currencies other than PKR may be subject to conversion at the prevailing exchange rate, which may result in differences from the displayed PKR amount.

Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawals of Real Money balances at any time, subject to completed KYC verification and the conditions set out in this section. Withdrawal requests are processed during business hours and are subject to internal compliance review.

• Withdrawal requests will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible, to satisfy anti-money laundering (AML) obligations.
• Processing times vary by method. E-wallet and instant payment rail withdrawals (where available) may be faster than bank transfers, which can take 1–5 business days. No exact processing speed is guaranteed.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are set by the operator and displayed in the cashier. These may vary by payment method.
• Pending withdrawals may be reversed by the Player before processing is initiated. Reversed amounts return to the Real Money balance.
• den999 reserves the right to request additional documentation or perform enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests of significant value or unusual pattern, which may extend processing timelines.
• Bonus Funds and winnings derived exclusively from Bonus Funds that have not completed applicable wagering requirements are not withdrawable.

Bonuses & Promotions

den999 may offer promotional bonuses, free bet credits, reload offers, cashback and other incentive programs from time to time. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions, which are published alongside the offer. The following general bonus conditions apply to all promotions unless the specific promotion terms expressly state otherwise.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable multiplier is stated per offer. Example: a PKR 1,000 bonus at 30× requires PKR 30,000 in qualifying bets before withdrawal eligibility. These are illustrative examples only — confirm the active offer's wagering multiplier before opting in.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus: While a bonus balance is active, a maximum bet limit applies per round or event. Placing bets above this limit while a bonus is active may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%; live casino, table games and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate. Check the specific offer for a contribution table.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonuses must be used and wagering requirements completed within the specified validity period, which is stated per offer. Expired bonus balances are forfeited without compensation.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless stated otherwise, only one active bonus may be held in an Account simultaneously.
• Abuse: den999 reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings and to close an Account where bonus abuse, systematic exploitation of promotions, or collusive behaviour is identified.
• Illustrative Figures: All PKR bonus amounts (e.g., "up to PKR 25,000", "PKR 10,000 Sports Starter") shown on the Platform are illustrative examples only and do not constitute guaranteed or live promotion values. Actual offer terms are subject to change without notice.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and gaming activity on den999 are governed by the following general rules, supplemented by sport-specific and game-specific rules where applicable. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with all applicable rules before wagering.

• Bets are final once confirmed. den999 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a confirmed bet except where explicitly permitted by applicable in-play or cash-out features.
• den999 reserves the right to void any bet where a manifest pricing error, technical malfunction, incomplete event data or system fault has occurred. Affected players will be notified and staked amounts refunded.
• Odds, lines and markets are subject to change at any time until a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to that bet.
• Maximum win limits may apply per bet, per event or per sport. These are displayed in the sportsbook and are subject to change.
• Casino games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Live dealer games are operated by licensed third-party suppliers. All game outcomes are independent and not influenced by previous results.
• den999 is not responsible for any losses arising from a Player's misunderstanding of bet types, odds formats (decimal, fractional) or game rules. Players are responsible for their own understanding before placing any wager.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on den999. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, voiding of all balances and/or referral to relevant authorities.

• Registering more than one Account, whether under your own name or a false identity.
• Providing false, inaccurate or misleading information during registration, KYC or at any point during Account use.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, financial crime or any activity that violates applicable law.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share bonus funds or exploit promotional terms.
• Using any automated software, bot, script, exploit or technical method to gain an unfair advantage over the house or other players.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, circumvent or interfere with the Platform's security, software or RNG systems.
• Allowing or facilitating use of your Account by any third party, including through sharing credentials.
• Accessing den999 from a Restricted Territory using a VPN, proxy or other geo-masking technique.
• Registering as a minor, or allowing a minor to use your Account.

Intellectual Property

All content on den999 — including but not limited to the den999 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game assets, text, software and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of den999 or its licensed third-party suppliers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, publicly display or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written consent from den999.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, den999 excludes all liability for:

• Gambling losses of any amount incurred through use of the Platform.
• Technical failures, interruptions, errors or delays affecting platform availability or bet processing.
• Losses arising from delays or failures in payment processing by third-party providers, including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast or bank institutions.
• Any indirect, consequential, special or punitive losses or damages arising from your use of the Platform.
• Loss or corruption of Account data as a result of factors beyond den999's reasonable control.

Where liability cannot be fully excluded at law, den999's aggregate liability to any individual User in respect of any and all claims arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total Real Money deposited by that User in the 30 days preceding the relevant claim.

Account Suspension & Closure

den999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without advance notice, where den999 has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The Account holder has breached any provision of these Terms.
• Fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation or financial crime is suspected.
• The Account holder is a resident of or is accessing the Platform from a Restricted Territory.
• Regulatory, legal or compliance obligations require the Account to be restricted or closed.
• The account holder has requested self-exclusion or a cool-off period.

Where an Account is closed for non-breach reasons, any verified Real Money balance will be returned to the Player via their last verified payment method following completion of AML and KYC checks. Bonus balances are not returned upon Account closure.

Players may close their own Account voluntarily at any time by contacting the Help Center. Accounts closed voluntarily may be re-opened upon request, subject to verification checks and any applicable self-exclusion periods having elapsed.

Responsible Gambling

den999 is committed to supporting responsible gambling. The Platform provides a suite of player-protection tools designed to help you stay in control. These tools are accessible directly from your Account dashboard and include:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps to control your spending.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum net loss permitted within a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Receive notifications or automatic logouts after a defined period of continuous play.
• Cool-off / Time-Out: Take a short break from the Platform — typically 24 hours to 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from den999. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and are not reversible for the duration of the exclusion period.

Your personal data is collected for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, transaction processing, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance and delivering a personalised gaming experience. den999 does not sell your personal data to third parties. You have the right to access, correct and request deletion of your personal data — submit requests via the Help Center or by emailing our support team.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which den999 is licensed and incorporated. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of den999's licensing jurisdiction.

den999 does not represent that the Platform complies with the laws of any specific country, including Pakistan. Access to den999 from a particular territory does not imply that such access is legal in that territory. Pakistani users are solely responsible for ensuring their use of the Platform complies with applicable local law.

Amendments to These Terms

den999 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email notification or a prominent in-platform notice at least 14 days before the changes take effect, where reasonably practicable. Minor or clarificatory changes may take effect immediately upon posting.

The "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page indicates when these Terms were most recently revised. Continued use of den999 following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact the Help Center to close your Account.
